I'm a sailboat capt and bought this flats boat so I could get on the water on days off without waiting for bridges all day. It's my intention to get antifoul painted on the bottom and keep it at my new dock until I decide on my next sailboat purchase. The boat is currently on-trailer without the bottom job, but I'm planning the bottom job soon - my dry storage will expire at the end of Sept.  Figured I should list it for sale before this, as most avid fisherman will dry store it..Apparently the previous owner put a lot of work into the boat and the trailer. The hull is pristine and its powered with a 90hp Yamaha 2-Stroke, which has been flawless. Since I've owned it, I've given it an intensive cleaning - bilge and storage compartments are super clean. Overall it looks primo for an 18 year old boat. Hewes is proof that American-made still means something.Currently on trailer and turn-key, all documents are ready to go. Not looking to deal with difficult buyers.  Don't bid if you can't pay or can't tow with your own car, please.  Listed a few a other places so hopefully will take the final sale offline.A few notes from bow to aft:
Upgraded thru-hull LED nav lights
1998 (broken, but easily repariable repairable) trolling motor
Like new stereo system with Bluetooth hookup
Bimini top (excellent condition)
Seat cushions in good condition - button down style, one of them could use a repair ($20 at your local seamstress)
Newer tach, temp, and fuel gauges installed by the prior owner, but I find the fuel gauge doesn't work great
Brand new zinc anodes and perko battery switch (I just installed)
New Yamaha throttle console installed by last owner
Newer house batteries for lights/stereo/trolling motor (2+1 battery configuation)
Newer Garmin GPS and Depth Sounder
All USGC safety gear requirements (New flares last month)
Functioning livewell with newer pump (I haven't used it since I've owned the boat)
LED lights under gunwhales and pole platform (Very cool and practical for bully netting)
Replaced seals on trim tabs
That tried and true Yamaha 90 2-Stroke. Yamalube Ring-Free mixed with every fresh tank of fuel. I freshwater flush for 7 minutes after every use. 580 hours.
Cleaned/flushed thermostat housing, new gasket
New spark plugs
New anchor light.
The trailer has some rust, but is sound and all lights work. I haven't put more than 50 miles of trailering since I bought the boat.
