This boat is sold as is and where it is now, this boat just had a survey done to get a value price to sale it the copy of the survey is attached and a copy of the bottom paint and the barrier coat paint was done on the same day as survey. the boats like this one sale around 18,000 to 24,000 if condition is good to very good, this boat came up with a soft area under the waterline, that would have to be fixed to make it a good condition boat, the survey came in at a fair market price of $9,500. I have also included a copy of the type of bottom paint that was applied. this was done the day before the survey. the boat has 1345 hours on the engine, boat runs good and will go where ever it needs to go to get home. there is also ac in the front cabin, but would have to run a vent to the aft cabin to get that air conditioned inside the aft cabin, all the vinyl are in good condition with no tears. there is also a Garmin 440 chart plotter and a 550 vhf radio, the oil pressure gauge sometime work the pressure on the engine is still good as it has a alarm that will beep when oil pressure is low.
