Yes it is being re-listed.  It has been bought, sold repurchased and resold.  We buy, refurbish and resell boats and have upgraded buyers of this vessel (including myself) into other model Ericsons more suited to their needs.  THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS BOAT!!! It is in the water and being sailed presently.  The Yanmar diesel starts immediately and runs strong. Once out on the water, she is a strong yet smooth and responsive sail.  She has a good main and a 120 Genoa. She will readily reach hull speed of 8 knots in 15 to 20 knots winds.  Although there is no furling system for the foresail, she is readily single handed. She is a bit tender in winds plus 25 so a larger Genoa would be overkill except in the very lightest of winds.  The electronics include a new Garmin, wind direction and speed meter, a depth sounder and an older but good working VHF.  There is a working head and holding tank and a new water tank and pump, a working alcohol stove (no oven) and sleeping quarters for 5. She has new ablative bottom paint as the last owner applied it for sailing on the Atlantic before he upgraded to an Ericson 32. She can take you where ever you chose to go right now!
