1945 Tasmanian Crayboat, has been fully fibreglassed hull and top, front cabin has Queen bed with Toilet and shower, middle cabin has 2 singles/lounge, rear cabin is kitchen with benches, rear deck needs rails, upper deck needs chairs or cover if wished, solar panels with charger and Batteries, inboard motor is a Perkins Diesel runs well, steering is manual until hydraulic steering is repaired, antifouling was completed 18 months ago due in 6 to 12 months at a cost of around $1700, have tried to renovate cabins, I'm currently working in Brisbane and have lost my license so the hobby boat needs to go, she is a sound boat and with some love and time she will give you heaps of fun, selling as is, needs to go so if ya bid you own it, the engine is running but needs the alternator which is supplied to be fitted, doesn't have winch for anchor, new anchor chain just fitted, couple of small Windows at front need to be replaced(cracked), also the rails around the boat have almost become none existent, they weren't safe anyway, also have tinny and trailer for sale separate to this Auction, it's a great first boat to learn, you can live on for free at the Goldie or Morten Bay Area whilst on anchor which I've done on and off for 6 years, can move the boat to new owner if in Gold Coast area, bidders need to know it's cheap because it's old and in need of some love, but you get free rent which is a bid saving, good luck, other boaties say she will never sink, to much Timber and to much fibreglass. My reserve will be lower than I would like, must be sold |
