Classic sailing yacht, 22ft built by Hurley marine in 1970, heavy duty Glass fibre construction with encapsulated long fin keel with a 60%/40% ballast ratio making a very stable boat (many have sailed across the Atlantic without incident).stainless steel standing rigging in good order. Currently on her mooring adjacent to Port Solent Marina with access to the Solent and best cruising grounds in the UK. Currently on a Portchester sailing club mooring which isn't transferable so alternative moorings will need to be arranged, Trafalgar wharf or Port Solent offer excellent facilities locally.She is perfectly dry down below and very tidy. The pictures are recent from her relaunch after winter lay up in the club yard. Anti fouled and repainted in Jotun 2 pack paint.Equipment:8hp Mariner sail drive mounted in a well in the stern, benefits are ability to lift out for maintenance, acts like an in board and doesn't suffer from the effects of cavitation as transom hung motors do.Just replaced the depth log and sender unit, clipper log, bulkhead mounted compass, toilet, cushions anchors, fenders, warps, horseshoe buoy, heavy duty steerable yard trailer as in photographs, Ensign and pole, spinnaker pole, sink and tap, Spinnaker, mainsail, Genoa sail cover Dodgers.Dimensions: LOA:22ft, beam: 7' 5" draft 3'9".Electrical: 1x heavy duty Maine deep cycle battery.History file previous surveys etc. Payment on collection preferred deposit via PayPal £250
