A superb, practical, GRP family motorsailer with all the refinements of a larger boat. Lying River Yealm, Devon. 4 births with convertible saloon table, Volvo diesel inboard engine, Jabsco Twistlock sea toilet, twin hob galley with sink and storage, solar power twin battery bank charger - see full list below. Tilly is a lovely small yacht, designed with great use of space and fitted with all the mod cons normally associated with larger boats. She was designed and built by Norman Pearn of Loo in the early 1970's. She is a well laid out, well equipped, shallow draught (bilge keels) motorsailer with furling genoa, roller reefing main and 10hp Volvo diesel inboard. She's a great family adventure boat, ideal for weekend trips along the coast as well as exploring shallow waters and tidal creeks. She has a 2' draught with twin bilge keels and long centre keel with concrete ballast and a water ballast tank under the cabin sole. Interior 4 births Forward head with Jabsco Twistlock toilet Galley with sink and twin hob Electrolux spirit stove Convertible saloon table that can also be used in the cockpit Chart table Lots of storage lockers and under birth storage areas Side cabin windows and opening portholes Forward hatch Interior lights Power Volvo diesel 10hp single cylinder inboard engine - with new electronic regulator Furling genoa and roller reefing mainsail 2 x batteries with a/b isolator switch Regulated auto switching solar charger Equipment GPS chart plotter VHF radio with mast top antenna Echo sounder Mast top wind indicator Automatic bilge pump Fire extinguisher Full set of nav. lights fitted with LED bulbs 2 x plough anchors & chain Assortment of ropes and fenders She's currently in the water, ready to motor or trail away (no trailer). The successful bidder will be required to pay a deposit via paypal at the end of the auction and must take the boat away within 7 days. The balance to be paid in cash on collection.
