32ft Creighton / Concannon centre cockpit GRP cruiser , made in 1991 9.9 Yamaha FT outboard engine, regularly serviced by marine engineer, full service documentation during current ownership Boat safety certificate up to 22/6/18 Rear cabin Engine compartment, with separate fuel tank section on another for the batteries (2x 110 AMP both replaced in last 18 months. Two short beds either side, which make up to a double across the boat. Three large drawers under the beds. New carpets and curtains (15/16) Shower / toilet cubicle - lined in white PVC cladding hot / cold water for shower, removable ‘lid’ to access shower tray. Toilet Porta Potti 365 (only a month old) Wash basin with hot / cold water. Cockpit Contains access to both cabins and sailing controls, gas locker and storage space. New canopies as of June this year. The hot water boiler is located here. Front Cabin Kitchen has sink with hot / cold water, cooker with 2 burners, grill & oven with plenty of cupboard space. Lounge has a ‘V’ shaped seating (which will make up into a double bed or two singles), with a table. 12v TV and powered aerial & USB charging at the front of the boat. New Lino / carpet & curtains etc this year, along with 2 Ikea Poang chairs. Outside The hull has been completely taken back to the gelcoat and painted with marine paint. Out of the water this year and antifoul paint applied, new hardwood rubbing strakes fitted along with aluminium strips.
There is a little work left to do on the boat e.g. painting outside, scraping handrails / gunwhale / windscreen and oiling (I tried on two occasions with marine varnish and it fell off) and that is about it. I'll continue working on these until sold.This is comfortable boat with the added privacy of two cabins. Ideal weekender or for longer, 'The Mallard' has sucessfully navigated the four counties circuit (Cheshire, Staffordshire,Worcestershire & Shrophire) on two occasions.Please ring on 07476928900 for further information.Thanks
