Boat and trailer good general condition all round, ready for fun, just add water. Perfect first boat, my 10 year old can hitch it on and off and manoeuvre with ease. The essentials are good but would benefit from a little updating here and there if desired. A lick of paint, bit of carpet and rubber trim if you wanted it to look smart again but does the job as it is if you just want something to fish from or cruise the rivers in. The hull is in excellent condition, trailer and tyres are good. The outboard included in the auction is the old seagull style engine you can see in the last pic. It has been unused for some time so will require a good service before use (new filters, plugs, etc.). Was always a fairly reliable machine but won't win any races! The air-cooled Honda 2.3hp (second to last photo) is NOT INCLUDED in the final auction price. Ideally I would like to keep it as a back up outboard for my bigger boat as its a very sweet little engine but I'm willing to sell it to the winning bidder for an extra £400 on top of the final price if they want it so the boat is ready to use and have fun in straight away.Perfect for fishing and relaxing with a few beers or taking family/friends for a day out and a riverside picnic. If you're local, the river Nene is beautiful at this time of year. From Peterborough to Wansford you pass through countryside you never knew existed and will see lots of wildlife including kingfishers, herons, water voles and much more. Feels more like the South of France than Peterborough! I'm listing with a 99p start price and no reserve as I need the space by the end of month so must insist that potential bidders view prior to bidding as the last thing I want is to deal with tyre kickers and finger pointers trying to get it for less than their bid. Winning an eBay auction is not an invitation to come and spend an hour ripping things to bits and making offers. This can be done prior to auction end, by all means. May consider a swap for a motorbike, fast car or 4x4 (within eBay rules)All in all she's a good little boat, has now been relegated to the barn due to purchase of a bigger boat. It gets dusty in there so won't look as shiny as it does in the photos.
