I purchased this boat in 2013 and have been working on updates and improvements since buying the boat.  In 2013, I had the interior completely re-upholstered and a new headliner installed (approximate cost was $4,500),  refrigeration system was new when I bought the boat.  In July 2015, the following upgrades/improvements were made to the boat: exterior teakwood re-stained, deck floors painted, installed beautiful teak helm, seat cushions custom made with sunbrella material in cockpit, striping around boat and name painted on back of boat, standing/running rigging installed,  Recently had the ac unit checked and is running well. In May or June 2016, engine was worked on to specs and is very strong (compartment completely cleaned out and painted) New Garmin 740C chartplotter with hull sensing unit, new batteries/inverter, sails have been covered since purchase, roller furling. Set up for dish network,with tailgater, has 1 TV. This is a comfortable live aboard in great condition. Because I have been working on the boat for the past 3 years, I have never taken the boat out.  It is located in Kemah, TX.  I recently moved to St. Croix, USVI and am looking to sell this boat.
