This yacht is ideal for someone looking for a project now that the weather is warming up!!"Magic" is an impressive 52ft steel ketch with a royal blue hull. It has an enclosed wheelhouse and the main cabin has an 8 foot ceiling (approx).This is a regretful sale as I don't have the time to devote to it and was mid renovation when water entered the boat after a non return valve failed in 2013 which meant some water got into the engine and other parts of the boat. The engine has remained in situ in the boat and not been started since that time and has been towed to/from its current mooring when needed.The Cummins deisel engine can be repaired but at a cost as can the remainder of the boat. The boat is mid renovation and needs work - the sale is "as is".New electronics were installed in around 2012-2013.An out of water survey has recently been completed and the report can be provided on request. It sets out the current condition of the boat.Mooring: The boat is currently moored in Kissing Point Bay (Sydney). Depending on whether there is a current wait list for the area, it may be that the mooring can be transferred to the buyer if the buyer wants to keep the boat in the area.
