Halman Horizon - 1984 27’ Cutter Rig - Canadian Built This a 27’ with 31’ overall with bow spread. I’ve owned it since the winter of 2012. Sleeps four very comfortably. The dinner table drops down and coverts to a sizable berth, 2 at the V berth and 1 at the starboard side. This is #41 of 47 made, built in Beamsville, Ontario Canada. Deep Helm area makes for a comfortable ride.The last picture is not of the PARADISO but of the same type and used for showing with full sails going,. L.O.A - 27’ L.W.L 23’ Beam 9’8” Displ. 7,000 lbs. Draft - 4’ Ballast - 2,250 lbs. Sail Area - 320 sq. ft. This a Blue Water boat, with a round back for coming off the waves easy. Teak trough-out. Designed by Michael Voller, and comes with a recent signed copy of the drawing from the designer . It has Yanmar Diesel 2GM – 2 Cylinder 18 hp motorIncludes:Teak Steering Wheel - I will post picture of the helm as so as possible.Lawrence System 520C GPS System, Chart Ploter and fish finder with new transducer and temp sensorStandard Depth Sounder as backup . AutoHelm Auto-Pilot – 2000 Storm Jib, never used still like new Hot Water Heater maker - 110 AC voltage Spare wooden original tiller, connects to rudder. New Main Sail 2016 - by Mack Sail. with 2 full and 2 partial battens New Bilge pump 2015 - 500 GPS New Sail Covers 2015 - NAVY BLUE IN NEW PHOTOSNew Nirco - Stainless Solar Power Air Vents New Cabin Sole with 2 access hatches. Added one additional piece under table leg. Not seen in picture New electrical panel, main switch and AMP, volt meter. New Captains Desk light, New fresh water filler hose and head hose, no waste holding tank yet. New Natous clutches, for halyards and sheets New lines, for roller furling, drum and main sail sheet, Rebuilt roller furiling and forestay 2015. New wind vang, 2015Bottom paint 2016 Fresh water tank 30 gal, Fuel 10 gal. - The keel houses the water tank. Wine rack below cooler shown in floor picture.
