40ft Houseboat. Open plan,two bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom,loungeroom,wardrobes with plenty of storage. Sleeps 8 with plenty of floor area. Large upstairs entertainment area. 18 month old mercury 50hp 4 stroke motors with dual hydrolic steering up and down stairs. 800 Watt solar panels and 500 amp hour batteries. Electric winch on front of boat. 12 volt fans in all rooms and LED lighting. 18 month old electric hot water system and a masarator toilet. Two x 211 litre fridge/freezer only 18 months old. Gas stove oven and grill.There is a four burner hooded stainless steel BBQ upstairs. Stereo upstairs and downstairs and slippery slide off back of deck. Storage of approx 1000 litres of fresh water and approx 500 litres of black water for septic.Fuel capacity of approx 180 litres. Great condition. Moorings and outboard motors were services in April this year. Moored at Tea Gardens NSW and comes with moorings.
