The headroom is six feet and all the port lights have been resealed and do not leak.
The stuffing box has been restuffed and bilge is hardly ever used.

The yanmar (1GM) starts right up, and at full throttle can go 10 knots.
The sails are in good shape.
All topside above toe rail has brand new three coats of paint, as well as all wood inside has new varnish coating.

All mandatory safety gear (4 life vests, 4 hand flares, whistle sounding, 2 throw floats, 2 fire extinguishers).

Overall, sturdy vessel and no signs of osmosis.Sad to let her go but we are moving away by the end of September. Hope you will enjoy her as much as we have enjoyed her.
