This boat is a 17ft Morebas fast fisher. It comes with a 70hp 2 stroke Yamaha outboard. The Morebas is a good solid boat. These boats are quite a heavy construction. Built when things were made to last. It rides the sea very nicely, and the hull feels like it has many years of life left in it. Things like seat cushions are a bit worn (but still perfectly usable). Some of the fittings are a bit faded and worn, but all still functional. The deck layout is really nice. It can comfortably take 5 or 6 people, so ideal for days out with the kids or with friends. It comes with a 70hp 2 stroke Yamaha outboard, which runs nicely. Steering is a bit stiff. I'm not sure why. At the moment it still works but I think it will need looking at fairly soon. Also comes with a 20 litre fuel tank, which is fairly new and is in good condition. The boat is supplied with a Garmin fish finder and 2 rod holders, so it's all set up ready to go fishing. It comes with a good, heavyweight cover, which keeps it really well protected when it is on the mooring. The boat has lights, however, they don't work. I think it will be fairly easy to sort them out. I only used the boat in daylight, so never got around to fixing them.At the moment the boat is on a mooring in Gosport. The mooring had been paid for until around April. You are welcome to keep the boat there until then. After that it is around £400 a year for the mooring, and I can put you in touch with the people who run it. Alternatively, there is a slipway very close to the mooring, so you can easily take the boat out if you have a trailer. I am happy to help with this. So, to summarise, it's a good solid boat. It's ready to go, and very usable in its current state, but would benefit from a bit of tlc to get it looking really smart. Engine works, but the steering will probably need some attention soon. I'm setting a very low start price because I need to sell it. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them.
