This is a beautiful, solid and dry older boat,  She's in the water and ready to sail away.  She has a newer Main sail, a good working Jib and a nice 160 Genoa.  There is a Spinaker halyard but no Spinaker included. As we purchase, refurbish and resell vessels, we quite probably have a usable Spinaker in our inventory but it will not be included in the sale.  There is a head with a shower (hot water too) and a Galley with a propane stove.  The interior has been updated there is both wheel steering (Edson) and a battery charge.  The wheel steering and new lines along with the Pro Furler make it an easy sail (the main sheet does need replacing).   Electronics include depth and wind speed/direction meters with a working VHF and a "classic" Marine Tech am/fm radio with 8trac (yes it too can be easily and inexpensively replaced.  This boat was previously owned by Ohio State University and used for day sailing adventures on the Great Lakes.  It has been strictly a fresh water boat but can go much farther if one wishes.  She would make a nice smaller live aboard and has berthing for 6.  We would like to sell this boat so there is no reserve.  A higher opening bid indicates what we want and the buy it now, though higher, would help those interested avoid a bidding war.  Also, my partner can provide financing with an appropriate, non refundable down payment.  If that interests you, let me know and I can arrange contact.  Finally, we are offering the boat for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if a sale is made.  Your appropriate bid or financial arrangement will reserve the boat from outside sale.
