I have a '66 Starcraft with a 14' closed bow aluminum body. Attached is a '71 50 HP Johnson motor and a MotorGuide trolling motor (40 lb thrust). This boat is unbelievably watertight. I have been out all day fishing before and when I pull the plug not more than a few cups of water comes out. The motor has had a lot of work on it over the last couple years but I haven't done anything with the boat this year. Motor will turn over but needs fresh gas and the carbs should be gone over. A lot of stuff has been replaced on the motor including: impeller (also have a new one in plastic), multiple lower unit seals, starter, coils and wires, power pack, fuel pump, fuel tank, primer bulb, fuel lines, and carb rebuild. Also, I built a bench for the backseat w/ storage space underneath. Front two seats are newer with storage boxes underneath. Trolling motor works (although not the greatest and I believe reverse isn't working). Trailer is included and has a new passenger side tire and hub. Trailer was rewired. Although I didn't use the boat this year I did pay for registration so there are no late fees for that. ***PLEASE NOTE*** I am trying to sell this off Ebay as well. I will remove my listing on Ebay if and as soon as I sell it privately but you need to be aware that I reserve the right to end the auction anytime I see fit.
