2009 Cobalt 242Selling my boat only because we are just too busy to get to the lake and use it. I love looking at this boat just as much as I love cruising the lake in it. I bought this boat from long time Cobalt customers who had a special relationship with the Cobalt manufacturer in Kansas City where they also lived. The boat was built specially for this customer and to my knowledge its the only boat where the entire hull is painted a solid color. At that time you had the option of the thin painted stripe or the wide painted stripe but couldn't get the entire bottom painted one color. Cobalt appeased this long time customer for a healthy price and painted the hull one color for them. They were so involved in the process that they and their grandchildren's handprints and signatures are in the fiberglass on the inside of the boat.
