Hi, I am selling my Norman 23 river cruiser as my wife has had 2 strokes and is confined to a wheelchair, therefore cannot use it. It has been refurbished with the following:- New cabin flooring. new kitchen units and sink/tap, upgraded toilet to Thetford cassette. new curtains. It is sold as a finishing project as have not had time to spend on it (very reluctant sale). It has a rear canopy (no rips or tears-does not leak). Put in a Houdini hatch in main cabin and new air vents. The following is also included in the sale Meos 12v LED TV, omnidirectional aerial, solar panel,new metal steering wheel and new hatch seal ( slight leak)This is sold as seen. Have made the toilet compartment bigger to take the cassette toilet . Nothing is connected so this will all have to be done. Tap/sink ,toilet etc. The electrics will also have to be sorted and checked out from the batteries through the panel. Was anti-fouled in July 2015 Have removed lighting but wiring is still there. There is some flaking paint on the forward deck but nothing that can't be sortedThe engine starts and runs fine and gets to about 8 knots, ideal for river cruising. The boat is moored on the River Stour at Grove Ferry near Canterbury Kent. The mooring is not available. The boat has a boat safety certificate until 2018.
