RLM 31ft Coastal River Cruiser. 5/6 berth. Like Project 31For sale is my 31 ft RLM Coastal River cruiser. Currently moored on the Little Ouse River (Brandon Creek)She has twin diesel 4108 engines 45Hp each powering Enfield outdrives which make it cruise nicely on the river without costing much to run, approx £3 per hour river cruising. I Have owned this boat for the last 12 months and in this time it has had several thousand spent on it. The boat was last out of the water May 2015 when it was anti fouled, 2 x new props fitted and a full survey done for the insurance also. The survey done valued the boat at that time to be £12,000The specifications are as follows: 31ft OAL Beam 9ft 10" Draft 2.5 ft Air draft is approx 2.3metersLayout is aft cabin with hard top and rear fold down / removable cover, inside there is a gally to starboard comprising of sink with taps using on board water an a gas hob with grill & oven. Storage under in draws and cupboards.Also a gas heater in under cupboard. To the Port side there is room containing a electric flush toilet, sink with tap using on board water an under sink cupboards.Moving forward there is a seating area with table which can seat 6 people including the bench seat being used to starboard side. the dinning table drops to sleep two adults and the bench seat is wide enough to sleep an adult also.The forward vee berth bedroom is a completly separate room which sleeps two adults.Ship to shore 240 volt power hook up with RCD fuse board supplying 3 x 13amp sockets & 1 x 240v mains light in cabin.All fenders are in good condition, ropes were new last year and all come with the boat.BSS Certificate till 2018 and river licence for the Great Ouse river system paid till 31st March 2017All the items listed below are new and where done in the last year:Interior cushions are all new an re upholstered.Vee berth sleeping cushions new memory foam an re upholsteredRear cabin seating had all new foams an re upholstered1 x new captains seat and navigator seat replacedAll new curtains made and fitted early this year.2 x new water pumps fittedPioneer DAB radio with CD & USB and 4 triax speeks fitted, 2 x in cabin 2 x in wheel house.Free TV with DVD on board Digital aerial2 x 30watt LED flood lights for night navigation1 x 100watt remote control motorised search light mounted on front of cabin ( this moves 360 deg and up an down also)New flooring fitted in wheel house cabinMastervolt battery charger/ conditioner installedLED lighting fitted throughout the boat.All new control cables fitted to the engine and outdrives last year.
