Used 2001 Lowe Roughneck 1652VT. With Karavan trailer. Both in solid and ready to go fishing condition. I purchased from state of Vermont Fish and Game. Came with certificate to obtain title form 97 from Government. I never registered or used the boat, as other things have taken priority. Hate to see it go, but it has sat idle for 8 months and would rather someone get some use. *I believe one of the trailor brake lights is out. *Sold WITHOUT title.
