Here I have for sale my beautiful houseboat 30 ft x 6.9 ft The boat has had a complete refit this summer and is ready to live aboard straight away everything inside is completely brand NEW including the engine ,she has had a fresh paint job done in the last few weeks and has been out of the water last month where the hull was anti fouled and treated the hull grp as well as the cabin is in very good condition no leaks and inside is completely dry, the boat will not need to be lifted out of the water for at least four years ,I have videos and photos of it being craned back into the water where you can see the hull clearly.
Inside the boat consists of a new shower and new lpg water heater that provides hot water a large water tank of 200 litres ,a brand new multifuel wood burner that heats the boat very well ,a new gas cooker and grill ,a new 12v stereo system ,new 12v 300w inverter with usb and 240,new chemical toilet ,double bed with new orthapedic mattress ,brand new 175w solar panel and solar charge regulator all the lights are low powered led all the electrics run from the solar panel which provides enough power to charge phones laptops and the lights and water pump,brand new leisure battery with two year warranty ,brand new good quality whale water pump virtually unblockable comes with warranty .smoke alarm ,carbon monoxide detector ,fire extinguishers again brand new
The engine is a four hp four stroke mercury 100 percent reliable and is brand new with under 5 hours running time it still has a 5 year warranty it comes with a new petrol tank also ,12v fridge brand new
The boat would suit a couple but the bed can be made into a single as it comes apart that way a lot of space could be gained inside the boat as the bed is pretty large ,the back deck is really nice and can sit four people comfortably ,loads of storage under the bed and at the front of the boat is a kind of cupboard storage area you can see by the bed this space is quite large and under the back deck is also a large space for storage
