The accomodation comprises of 6 berths in 3 cabins. There is a single toilet compartment with wash basin and shower facility. The living area has a gas cooker, hob, single sink with drainer and fridge. Hot and cold pressurised water. On deck equipment includes bilge fan and pump, manual & automatic fire extinguishers, anchor & chain. 240v ring main. Covers for windows and flying bridge, bathing platform & lifebuoy are also included. It has recently benefitted from the fitting of 3 new batteries. The engine has seen approx 1250 running hours, now sadly with little use over the past 2 years.
