Here we have a lovely Shetland 570 with an 80 Hp 2 stroke outboard.I have just trailered it from Sussex to Lake Coniston and back for a week's holiday and it happily motored up and down the lake. I have also used it on the South Coast (Newhaven in the pictures) during my ownership but it is usually kept ashore on the trailer. It has a v-berth cabin with upholstered cushions, a sink with pumped tap, lots of under seat storage, Garmin fish finder, Autohelm Tridata depth/temp gauge (bit temperamental but does work) and lots of other chandlery including 2 fuel tanks, funnels, engine oil, 2 anchors, warps etc etc. I also have a brand new prop to fit as the old one is a little past it.The engine is a Selva Portofino 2-stroke 3 cylinder outboard with power trim and tilt. It's a 2 stroke with autolube all in good serviceable condition; I think it was new in around 1999. The engine underwent an extensive overhaul under the previous owner in 2014 (including new dog clutches) and has been serviced since and has so far worked perfectly this week. Although Coniston has a 10mph speed limit I can tell that it really wanted to go!The trailer is a single axle break-back Snipe. I have recently greased the bearings and have just hauled it 700 miles without incident so it's a good one with plenty of life left in it. I have replaced the keel rollers, greased the wheel bearings and bought a spare wheel and tyre. The trailer is braked and they are in working order. The price is my minimum and payment would be by bank transfer or cash at a push. This is a ready-to-go package that I need to sell to release some funds for a project in my house. Please note that the Johnson outboard engine is not included in the sale. The boat is now back in Rotherfield. I will not be putting it back in the water any time soon but I can start the engine with the flush muffs and demo the other bits and pieces. Rest assured that it all works having just spent a week on Coniston; it just needs a new owner to tow it away!If you're somewhere not too far from me in the South East I could possibly deliver but please check with me first.UK bids only and you are bidding to buy.
