Time has come to sell my beloved boat Freebird. I have had her for a good couple of years now and have loved every minute. She has been much cared for, refitted to a high spec and kept up to date. The engine and gearbox has recently been serviced and running lovely. I have lots of service history with her and the safety certificate is valid for another year. She is a twin cabin cruiser and benefits from having an powerful inboard and directional Z drive, so is very easy to manoeuvre and moor up when needed. It is a comfortable 4 berth (a fixed double at the front and another double which can be made out of the seating/table), with plenty of space and storage. It is complete with 240v hook up, hot and cold water, shower, chemical toilet, 2 x sinks (1 in each cabin), fridge, a 2 ring burner, oven and stereo. The roof and canopy can come down along with the windows which can also fold down. It has everything that you need to be able to moor up for a day or two or liveaboard if you wish. She is currently on a beautiful mooring in between Bristol and Bath which is transferable.She is powered by a 1.6 Ford Petrol Crossflow engine, which has had a recent service. The Enfield Z drive has also recently been serviced. There are two 100amph batteries onboard and the ability to switch between them, these are more than powerful enough to start the engine and run everything onboard.A very comfortable boat which I am reluctantly selling her due to having a baby on the way, I would love to keep her but needs must.
