1986 Hunter 23 Sailboat with a Fixed Wing Keel (2' 3" draft) and Galvanized Trailer. Comes with two sails (main and genoa). Sails are in fair shape ready to use. Included are a main sail cover, compass, depth sounder, ship to shore radio, porta-potti, heavy duty outboard bracket (no outboard motor), auto pilot, anchor/chain/line, flare gun, fire exh., life jackets, galley with sink and stove, new main and jib halyards, and a stainless steel swim ladder. The bottom was just painted - ready to launch. Additionally, the exterior teak trim was refinished.The sailboat needs 14 1/2' of rub rail replaced (starboard side) and two cushions recovered. Also there are some turnbuckle stems that are a little crocked but they still work. Not sure if electric system works. Additionally, the windows will need to be re-caulked - they leak a little in heavy rain.Trailer has old tires and a new spare tire/wheel. I recently towed it for 4 hours. Trailer has bearing buddies and does not have brakes. Can easily be towed with a pick up truck or large SUV. Trailer has a tongue extension that extends out of the trailer to make launching easier.The boat is located in Canada near Windsor, Ont. which is next to Detroit, MI. The boat and trailer are registered in Canada but they can easily be brought back to the U.S. and registered in the U.S. You just have to stop at customs, show them the Bill of Sale and documents, and fill out an import form. No import tax is required for the boat and trailer were made in the U.S. Buyer must pick up the sailboat in Canada.This Auction is in U.S. funds.
