Very stable. Great for shallow LI bays as it draws less than a foot. Great for teaching sailing due to its stability. Pick up only. Year listed as 1995 because year is required, but I don't know the year.  Tartan was a drop-down manufacturer option, the actual Manufacturer is Triumph.
