Up for sale is my unfinished project/river launch. the hull started as a fibre glass life boat built approx 1980,it was used in the movie Gallipoli with Mel Gibson.The steam power plant is a modified army wiles boiler which steam very well,100psi rated, I have the drawings and a current ticket on the boiler. the engine was very poorly made and has been removed from the boat and fully rebuilt, ball bearing crank etc, the engine requires some small finishing off jobs which would be all of a weekends work. engine is currently removed from the boat. not really a big job to put back together and have it steaming I just do not have time with a baby in the family, hence the sale.These pics are 9 months old approx., the hull has been under tarps so some woodwork has suffered and will require cosmetic tidy up. this is a perfect buy for someone willing to put in abit of work and end up with a good solid boat overall, it weighs approx. 2300kg in steam on trailer, hull has current nsw rego and a hin code, trailer will be sold unregistered, boiler has current ticket. any questions please feel free to ask. as always I reserve the right to end any my listing early or cancel any sale at any point. item is advertised elsewhere and priced to sell.
