This is a one owner boat that I bought last year. the boat does need work but the engine runs really good. after six years in storage the volvo md17c cranked right up with no problems. I put a brand new 330 cold cranking amp marine battery in the boat. the sails are all there and the rigging to put the mast back up is all their and marked. The boat was professionally put up for storage they only thing is the cabin soul in the galley will need to be replaced due to cockpit drains had gotten stopped up. there is a hole drilled in the Keel for drainage so this doesn't happen again. the storage fees are 115.00 a month and you can just take over the storage for as long as you need it.I have all the documentation that come with the boat with title. I will ship all that when boat is paid for in full. The first owner actually worked for Sabre yaths. The chain plates on the side will need to be re glassed with new wood also. it doesn't look to be that bad of a fix. I'm new to sailboats I have always had boats with engines on the back so keep in mind that shipping or transporting long distances on a sail boat isn't cheap. The boat is set up for shipping even the mast has its own cradle it sits on, This defiantly saves money if you want it shipped to your location because the mast is already down and hauled out ready to ship just that alone save over 1,500 dollars.
