24Ft Aquarius Pilot Cutter This is a blue water boat built on the same standards as the Pacific Seacraft . She is built of the highest quality material, heavily hand laid up solid fiberglass with teak trim on deck and down below, 10 bronze opening ports. Newly painted. The Deck. House and Hull are in excellent condition. She is easily handled with all lines leading aft to the cockpit. She sails well in both light and heavy air and with her full keel stability, modest draft and good turn of speed she will sail you anywhere. She has an aluminum mast, 2 tanbark sails, s/s standing rigging in like new condition Needs running rigging. Sleeps 4, 2 quarter berths and 1 double up forward. The 2 quarter berths make into a dinette area. The starboard berth also makes into a chart table. There is a stainless steel bow pulpit and stern rail which need to be attached. Has 12 volt throughout. (Needs a few light fixtures and batteries) Head with holding tank in forpeak.. Galley has a 2 burner Kero stove with oven, deep sink with manual water, heavily insulated icebox. 40 gal water tank Has no engine but I have a new Yanmar 2 GM diesel, 15 HP plus fuel tank which can be purchased for $3,500 which was bought to put into this boat. The shaft and prop are down below. The boat is on the hard at Demopolis Yacht Basin on the Tom Bigsbee Canal in Alabama. Has TN registration. Electronics: Depth Sounder, Compass,VHF
