29ft pacemaker boat 1963 Pacemaker 29 Classic Motorboat. Built Port Hamble. Very rare one of only two remaining afloat. Twin Perkins 6354 diesels on shafts. Hull work complete and she is watertight. Both engines running just needs finishing cosmetically pics to follow This is a 1963 Pacemaker 29, one of only 2 left in existence. Built on the Hamble where she is currently moored.The boat is mahogany on oak with double diagonal ply under the waterline. The decks are teak laid over ply.The hull has had all rotten wood removed and has been painted. The engines have been run for 2 seasons and we have a spare engine block and cylinder head, The engines and gearboxes have been serviced as have the oil coolers. Since 2014 the boat has had:New Starboard shaft2 New Propellors and reworked P bracketAll new guardrailsNew forehatch and surrounding deck replaced.4 new Captain's chairs and pedestalsA complete cockpit deck awning with windows fittedWhat still needs to be done: Finish interior refit and remove last of the softwood in the upper deck bulkhead sections,Fit new water tank and cooker and renovate toilet compartment.
