Matra – Converted Tender Matra is a converted ship’s tender build J P Frame and D S Galbraith in 1966 that went through a conversion in 1985 by M Cotton to bring her to up to her current layout and has been lovingly looked after since. This is a very quirky boat with plenty of character. Length - 27’ Beam – 9’6” Draft – 2’ Engine – BMC 2.2 Ltr diesel serviced yearly by owner Berths – 4 Hull – Galvanised steel reblacked bi-annually Price - £12,500 Boat safety certificate – March 2019 Eberspacher central heating Specifications include: Lounge: 9’11” Lounge/Galley area consists table and seating for 6 people, table folds down into a double bed, storage and water tank under seats, small wardrobe/cupboard, glasses cabinet, small catalytic heater, LED spotlights and overhead lights. Galley: 9’11” Two burner hob with oven/grill, sink and drainer with pumped hot and cold water, tiled work surface with storage cupboards under. Toilet/Shower: 2’9” Porta loo, sink with hot and cold water, shower with under floor tray and shower curtain, storage cupboards under sink and behind toilet, LED strip light and extractor fan. Bedroom: 6’9” At the front of the boat going through slatted bi folding door to the right is a single bunk and to the left is a single bunk that converts into a double, storage cupboard in ‘V’ above beds and also under. Cockpit: 5’10” Full canopy with removable sides, canopy is fully foldable for cruising, small ships steering wheel with full controls, seating to rear with engine and storage under deck. Also under rear deck is Eberspacher warm air central heating unit that is supplied from its own separate diesel tank. Interior is lined with pine tongue and grove walls and vanished, also varnished wood to dining area walls, upholstery is burgundy velvet, multi colored curtains, carpeted throughout with linoleum flooring in toilet/shower and cockpit area. Sails and mast are also available but mast is for use as a template only.
