Great Sail Boat for the family. The model is the Pop-Top and Swing Keel. This boat has a CDI reefing main and jib sail system that is less than two years old (including both main and jib sails). Most all of the running rigging was replaced when the CDI system was installed. The swing keel cable and crank were serviced by Catalina approx two years ago. The Tohatsu outboard was recently serviced & tuned up. The interior cushions are in great condition (a representation of the limited use and wear & tear). These are all the great attributes. The items that need attention include servicing the alcohol burners (2), replace the head, a good sanding/varnish of the wood trim and a good hauling/bottom scrub and paint.Bottom line: Great boat with lots of room, new (less than 2 yrs old) sails with CDI reefing systems that is a very clean and ready for long term use with a few items to update.
