I'm selling a 1994 21ft. Dixie walk around boat with trailer and a brand new 2016 Tohatsu 9.8hp. kicker motor with a 5year warranty. This turn key boat is in tip top shape, along with the trailer. A new kicker bracket & motor were just put on in May 2016 at a cost of $2,500.00 There are no hours on the kicker motor and comes with a 5year warranty. The 4.3 LX four barrel motor has just been serviced, tuned up and has a new starter, alternator, hoses, thermostat, belts and more . I have all receipts for work performed. The boat has only been used once last year and once this year, in fresh water only. The trailer is in good condition with a new winch and newer tires and rims. The boat has a new fish finder, ship to shore radio, new dual batteries with a wired up solar panel for extra charging. I'm to busy at my business to enjoy so I'm passing a great boat to someone else to enjoy. I have many extra's for the boat that go with it.
