1. Condition This boat has been very well maintained and has been stored inside during winter periods. With twin helms fully kitted out and all drapes and upholstery recovered. 2. Features - Both heads units are new as is the 110 volt fridge with vanity mirrors in the main shower/bathroom. - Electric hotplates and microwave have had little use. - Seating on rear deck with under seat storage makes for relaxation during travel. - Comes with a Bimini tops and covers for forward windows. - It has dripless shafts and its own cradle for out-of-water storage. - Winless anchor with fixed chain and Electric spotlight.3. History - I am the second owner and spend many hour working on it to my high standards. - Have maintain captain log which includes valuable history of all trips an Lake Erie. - Due to owner working away on business, the boat has been in dry dock for at least five years.4.
