Lovely, livable, sea kindly, high quality, well maintained.  There seem to be more comfortable cruising sailboats of this length than sailors who want to own them.  The market is low even for terrific, solid, "ready to go" boats; this is one of those.  for more information please see my listing on craigslist boston.  currently on mooring in Scituate MA harbor; you could use the mooring for the rest of the season.
