Beautiful Bolger Bobcat 12.5 ft gaff rigged catboat. I built her last summer using Hydrotek marine plywood and West System Epoxy. She is my 12th build over the last 40yrs. The interior was fully sealed with epoxy before paint. The deck beams are heavier than called for in the plans since I'm heavier than my plans call for. Her spars are Douglas fir nicely varnished. All the running rigging is Yale Yachtbraid, the blocks are Harken, and the sail (110sqft) was made here in Houston at C&C Sails. The sail has two reef points. She comes with an anchor and rode, a pair of oars, a travel cover for the mast, sail, and spars, a fitted tarp yard cover, a deck mounted compass, and seat cushions. She comes on a small flatbed trailer with a winch and a spare tire/wheel. No rot, cracks, dents or divots. You can drive from my house to the water and be sailing about 30min later. As a Catboat she sails like a much larger boat and as it says in the designers book "She sails like a witch". She's quick and very stable. She cost me over $4000 to build not including the trailer. She is listed on several other places so if I get a buyer elsewhere Ill take down the auction if there's no bidding. Otherwise it stays up.
