For sale my Westerly Centaur. I've owned PeIia since 2010 and I now own a motorhome so I can't have both so I'm told! This is for sale as a package which includes the boat, heavy duty trailer, inflatable with outboard and more.The boatWesterly Centaur 1979 one of the last built so all design improvements - hull keel strengthening, improved windows, later designed rudder skeg -all done from new. The boat is in good original condition I've only added a depth sounder and ship to shore radio, so nothing's been cut or hacked about. Head lining was renewed just before my purchase, so absolutely no issues there and I anti-fouled last week, the deck paint could just do with a touch up.EquipmentVolvo Penta 2 cylinder diesel engine well maintained recent new fuel & oil filters - starts on the button.All electrics working properly including nav lights, batteries fully charged.2 x CQR anchors plus chain.All sailing control rope lines back to cockpit renewed 2 years ago.New mooring lines.2 self inflating life jackets (require a service check) Plus 4 older style jackets.2 dan lifebuoysMainsail in mast furling system from cockpit.Roto foresail could do with a clean.Fire extinguisher new 2011.Spray hood new 2012.TrailerHeavily constructed for bilge keel yachts requires a Nato style hitch, tyres have some slight perish cracks that have been like it since owned.Inflatable Boat2.3 metre 3 man rated not sure of make inflatable with oars. 4 stroke Honda outboard motor good working order very reliable.To summarise Pelia is a very safe sound Motorsailer boat, well equipped and ready to sail. There's no sign of hull deterioration/osmosis or otherwise and inspection welcome. I've taken her out of the water every year as did the previous owner, so it's not been left to "stew" so to speak.
