Due to emigrating I must sell my Newbridge Navigator. Recently had full hull clean and anti-fouling. Roller reefing jib; twin keel, with a depth indicator and ship to shore radio. Currently lying on a berth on the Conwy Marina with a swinging mooring on the river if required. The cabin needs decorating and cleaning. Battery and gas fitted. No cooker. Full set of cushions in good condition. Fixed price, priced for quick sail. (sale?) Cash in full on agreement. Buyer is responsible for berth fees after one calendar month following completion. There is no engine included but I have a Mercury Sailmaster 4HP outboard which I am selling separately at £100. It has been serviced with new plug and fuel filter and the handbook is with it. There is also a spare jib sail included. The fees at the marina are a little complicated with different fees for summer and winter and there are different tariffs available. The tariff I am on is at £285.65 per metre inclusive of VAT and Lindos is 5.65 metres which comes to £1675 for the year but including eight weeks hardstanding ashore. I also reserved a swinging mooring on the river (just opposite the Harbour Master's office on Conwy Quay) which was £513 p.a. inclusive of VAT. To use that I have a small tender, which I might sell. I put it on the marina berth because it is 'walk on walk off' and so more convenient for anybody who wants to view the boat. Incidentally the marina fees include a number of extras including free berthing at any of the other five Quay Marinas in the UK (one of which is the Deganwy Marina just across the river) and half fee at over 60 Transeurope Marinas in the UK and the coast of France. The boat has Third Party Liability cover with Towergate Mardon Insurance until 7th March 2017 and this is included. If I had room to store the boat ashore I intended to buy a trailer to keep it out of the water for the off-season. I am happy to arrange for viewing before the end of the auction period. For more information on the marinas their website is www.quaymarinas.com The inventory also includes a speed and distance log (see photos)) and a set of cushions for the cockpit as well as the cabin cushions (see photos); also two tarpaulins, a hand bilge pump, a life saver belt, a deck brush, a flagstaff and a boathook. |
