Here is the deal: My son acquired this boat to live aboard in St. Petersburg, FL. while doing construction jobs. A lot of the interior of the boat had been removed as the previous owner (PO) had plans to customize it to his liking. Also the PO had removed the inboard diesel engine as it had seized up and he wanted to use the space to store dive tanks. Overall, it is a pretty good boat, quite roomy and that is easy to sail. My son is a novice sailor and has successfully taken the boat several times but primarily has used it for an inexpensive alternative living experience. The boat has an air conditioner and fridge and alcohol stove. The sails are in pretty fair shape. He is relocating to NC so that is why we are selling the boat. It has clear title. He is available to show it and answer any questions that you might have. Item is sold as is, where is, and Buyer is responsible for title and Transfer fees, so bid accordingly.I will try to answer any of your questions and will be happy to give you my son's contact info. Thanks for bidding.
