1984 Cheoy Lee Center Cockpit Ketch - 48 ft, Perry DesignFast comfortable, well built cruiser by the oldest in-business boat manufacturer in the world.
I sailed this boat from Curacao in the Caribbean  to Ensendada over the past 2+ years (repairing and refinishing things along the way). It is now time to go to work so I need to sell it.
