1984 Cheoy Lee Center Cockpit Ketch - 48 ft, Perry DesignFast comfortable, well built cruiser by the oldest in-business boat manufacturer in the world.
I sailed this boat from Curacao in the Caribbean to Ensendada over the past 2+ years (repairing and refinishing things along the way). It is now time to go to work so I need to sell it.
US DocumentedOwned by an LLC so purchaser can just take over management of LLC and not pay taxes. Paneling recently painted with Interlux polyurethane (it used to look like a '70's chinese restaurant)
