It is in the water and ready to sail right now.  Yes, she is a very sturdy, good sailing boat with a Yanmar 12 hp diesel for getting in and out of the marina or docking area.  Once on the blue , she is a fast capable cruiser that can take you wherever you want to go and looks fast just sitting at the dock if that is your preference.  Included in the sale is a new Garmin GPS, clean, working vhf and new batteries.  She is a very nice boat and the price includes all of the upgrades recently added at less than half of what they cost us (with new listing price we are giving you the upgrades for free,).
