Hi, I am listing this boat for my father, so I will be putting more pictures up soon and more info.  Mitchell 31 mk2 built 2001 Engine is a perkins M225TI with hydraulic velvet drive gear box.  Trim tabs, Radar, Vhf, Plotter, Nav lights, Fish finder, Life raft, Compass, 3x wipers, Shore power, Led deck light, Fire extinguishers, Fold down bench seat, Stainless steel hand rails,  Bathing platform & boarding ladder, CD player, Completely re wired, New Extended canopy which opens in different sections, Flush decks with stainless steel outlet plates, Electric winch, New cooker Hob & oven, New sink drainer/taps,  Etc etc, my father has been working on this boat for several months now and has done full refit inside wheelhouse.  Which I will be putting pictures on as soon as I get to boat. (should be this week). The boat has been professionally re wired the canopy is only two months old which can be opened in several ways to allow for lots fishing room with the shelter of main roof or this can be removed in sections also.
