Here is an example of a Sadler 25. (Scot Free)The hull has been sanded down back to GRP ready for paint. I never got round to painting her however, perfectly useable in its current condition, but a good project for someone to put a personal touch on. She has a BETA 10hp engine on board that starts and runs fine, pumping water like she should. This has not been serviced in 2016, but filters etc, are on board ready to go. I started her at the weekend and ran her for about an hour.
She will need an antifoul, not much weed build up yet, but she has been floating all winter, so will need a good clean on her underside. Interior is good, but could also do with a spruce up. All her cushions are being dry stored in a barn, as are her sails.
Double hob and grill (gas)She has paraffin heating, but I have not got around to trying this fully. Last time I looked at it I got the fan to run, but never got it fired up - probably needs bleeding through, but sold as untested.Sails are in OK condition for the age. Main is a bit tatty, but perfectly serviceable. Genoa, storm jib and spinnaker seemed fine, although I haven't flown the spinnaker, everything apart from sheets seem to be there (including pole)Has various warps, fenders etc with the boat.Main anchor in the bow locker, held her fine last season.Depth sounderIn theory it is 5 berth, but you would have to be very friendly!Heads fitted and workShe doesn't have a spray hood, but I do have the frame.
