Hi welcome to my auction for my Kingfisher 22 sailing boat ZiggyThis is a great little sailing boat I have owned her for five years and have upgraded to a 26ft fin keelso my little 22ft has to goShe is in over all good condition no leaks good hulland very useableshe could do with a little tlcI purchase Ziggy for my first sailing boat and have had some real fun on hershe has been sailed around the Solent and across to the island many timesshe will sleep four she has a portable toilet and a two ring burner fresh water can be pumped from a 25lt tank on boardshe is dry inside she is currently moored on the Itchen Southampton and will need her Mast lowered to get out of the river under a low bridgehowever this is a one man task and the cheap walk on and off moorings makes it worth the while the current mooring may be available at Approx £40.00 per  month Mooring are available along the coast and I would be happy to point you in the right direction.The sails are very usable with all rigging in good order she is ready to sail away could do with a wash and some glow whiteShe was anti fouled around three years ago so could probably be done again this season but as she is bilge keel she can be floated onto the beach scraped painted and refloated a few hours later no need to be liftedshe will come with a choice of two engines both fully serviced and both run very wellfor the full asking price she will come with a 6hp Yamaha which I purchased new 4 years ago it runs well with this engine For negotiation on the price she could come with a 6hp Johnson again  fully serviced but this would be a cheaper optionI also have a 6ft tender and 2.5hp engine up for separate negotiation this will not be included in the sale If you want to export it you must arrange your own collection lift out etc again I will point you in the right direction Cash on collection no silly offers please to a great little boat ready to goAny further information contact Darren 07737702161
