Overview As will be seen from the photo’s this Dutch Steel Cruiser is of a design that lends itself to having a very attractive interior. However, this attraction has to be realized since, at the moment, the interior needs the ministrations of a capable D.I.Y. enthusiast and, for that reason we would accept offers, at this stage, on the price of £12,500.00 – ‘As seen’ Please note we are able to quote for any aspect of remedial work that is required and, subject to a satisfactory sales outcome, we can provide low cost cranage, to load the boat, and then transport it to the delivery point. The cost of cranage, to off-load at the delivery point, would be for the customer’s account. Description Name of Boat “Magnus” Engine Make & Model Mercedes Construction Steel Horsepower 50hp Length 11.5m Type of Drive Shaft Beam 2.4m Fuel Diesel Draft 0.8m Fuel Capacity N/K Air Draft 2.5m Water Capacity Two Tanks Displacement N/K Waste Tank N/K Mav. Normandy, Surrey GU3 2AA All Dimensions are Plus or Minus Contacts:- Brett 07770 487066 Make an appointment to view Layout Access is via the swim platform, up short steps, mounted on the gas locker, to the fly-bridge where the Saloon helm is duplicated. From the fly-bridge a companionway ladder leads down into the interior of the boat. Starting with the rear cabin this is well lit with 6 windows and the layout is logical with a double berth (Storage under) lying East to West across the cabin. The contours of the cabin, on the Port side of the boat, have fitted storage units and, on the starboard side is a toilet compartment with a toilet, wash- hand basin and a former shower fitting. Moving up into the Saloon a storage cupboard and a L shaped seating unit occupies the Starboard side and, over on the Port side is the traditional ‘Ship’s Wheel’ with the varnished encased instrumented helm. Moving forward, down one step, is a secondary toilet compartment on the Port side and, thereafter, a large open –backed area in the bow that could be modelled to customer’s requirements but currently houses the 4 burner hob, ‘fridge, and storage cupboards. The rest of the space could house a V berth cabin if required.
