This is a really nice 37 bertram, that has been cared for. I have owned the boat for the last 10 years where it stayed under a cover slip in orange beach alabama. I have done a lot of updates to keep it in shape for fishing and cruising,  it has the dependable 3208 375hp cats, they have around 5000 hrs but nothing is wrong with them. I have had an engine survey done by the local cat dealer (Thompson Cat) with oil and coolant samples taken of both engines and transmissions  tested with no bad results. I also had the 8kw onan generator tested with good results. the heat exchangers have been cleaned along with the transmission coolers. The Starboard engine has a new salt water pump. All oils were change with in 50 hrs, all new batteries in the last year, (Cat 8 d maintenance free) 4 of them. The engine room has just been painted along with the engines.   The electronics consist of a gps, a Northstar 952 color, Furuno 64 mile radar, Furuno 1100 bottom machine (new transducer within 3 yrs), kenwood am/fm cd with a sat radio, and an epirb. It also has an auto pilot.   The interior had been redone as well, new headliner in staterooms and head, new carpet throughout, woodwork refinished throughout, stainless refrigerator, freezer, has to ac/heater units 12000 btu each, hot water heater and peasurized 100 gal water system.   The exterior has been maintained. The hull sides have been painted with awl grip paint, the aluminum rub rail has been replace with new one, it had a large live will along with a large cockpit cooler. The fighting chair is in good shape along with combing pads. The curtains are in good shape about 5 yrs old, zippers work well. The rudder shelves have been replace and painted.
