The Baja Islander is open bow sport power boat. Baja, Scarab, Fountain etc.. Fountain just recently purchased Baja to add to their line.  This 242 Islander has 600 hrs. and always stored indoors and professionally maintained.  Most recent service this July 2016, all new batteries and all new outdrive boots, a general wear item costing $1500.00 but now brand new and ready for another 12 plus years of fun. Always professional maintained both engine, outdrive and exterior.  This has the upgraded motor option from the standard 6.2 ( which is way under powered)  to the 496 MAG upgrade, a must option but rare to find. Most all factory options, from Drop down bolster seats, bow seat filler which fills in the bow area to one full seat,  Pictured without, I usually don’t use it.  3 tops, (bikini cockpit top.   , Mooring cover for cockpit and bow, as well as full trailer cover as shown in pictures.  2 batteries with battery select switch, upgraded factory stereo, Satellite radio, upgraded gaffrig gauges,  and gaffrig throttle and linkage, trim tabs, power trim on the dash or throttle, full engine fire suppression and CO  and fuel fume warning, snap in carpet not shown, matching trailer, silent choice exhaust.  Boat is for sale locally so seller reserves right to end auction early.  Always fresh water, just a fun family ski boat when you want it or a fast power boat when you want it or just cruise slow and enjoy, with the controllable exhaust at low speeds you can muffle sound when you want or let the motor roar when you want.  Locally kept on Keuka Lake in upstate NY.  Deliver can be arranged
