1973 Chris Craft Aqua Home Houseboat. This houseboat is a 13x34 all fiberglass hull. The interior has been recently all redone and sleeps 6 with a futon, two bunk beds and a full size bed as well. She has berber carpet throughout and also has a full size stainless steel shower with a new floor. The boat also has a kitchen area with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, 3 burner electric stove and an oven with a working rotisserie. We also replaced the shower and put in a new sink in the bathroom and kitchen as well. It also has a Chris Craft ladder on the back for swimming. We just had the boat completely sanded down and painted. The roof was also gel-coated this week and looks amazing. All of the mahogany hand rails were sanded down and re-stained as well. It has a small front deck area with a table and chairs and also has a top deck area on the roof with a table/chairs and umbrella. It has a great radio/cd/DVD player in it with 4 speakers and the A/C works well tooShe is powered by twin 307 small block Chevys that start right up and also has electric shifting. The boat has been mechanically checked and is lake ready! Has stainless steel BBQ used once, captain's chair, fire extinguisher, electric heater, and life jackets with an emergency paddle as well. This was my daughter's boat and she lived on it while attending college last year in Nashville. The boat is in excellent condition inside and outside. My wife and I have a houseboat two slips away and would love to see someone get years of enjoyment out of this boat. I also have a Chris Craft here on the lake as well and am a huge fan of the brand. If you choose to keep the boat here at the Wax Marina on Nolin Lake, there is one slip available, the last one too on our new dock. This is a major advantage as slips are hard to come by. Not only are the owners of the marina great, but our neighbors are wonderful as well and the slip rental is very reasonable.  I do have this listed locally and reserve the right to cancel @ any time unless "Buy It Now" used.When we were moving the boat from Nashville, the door flew off. I had a friend that is an excellent wood worker make a very special door for this boat, please see pics! Mahogany wood with 5 coats of varnish and a chrome porthole with a mirror to match the other two on the boat. Bottom line, this is a classic, beautiful Chris Craft houseboat that has been completely remodeled inside and out. $19,500, feel free to call me with any questions.
