The boat has been laid up for several years but I have cleaned her regularly. Exterior: Good condition for her age. Compounding and waxing will bring back the shine. Teal blue Sunbrella seat cushions on the command bridge and leaning pads in the cockpit are in excellent shape. Teak steps and gratings recently varnished. Canvas includes full bridge enclosure and separate bridge cover. Enclosure canvas is good but some of the plastic windows need replacing.Interior: Main cabin has window a/c, dinette to port converts to double bed (blue vinyl cushions in excellent shape), newly covered sofa to starboard converts to double bed. Lots of storage. Bathroom to port has manual toilet, shower and sink. Galley to starboard has an alcohol/electric 2 burner stove, a sink and a refrigerator. The radio/CD player is in the galley. Fore cabin has a double bed with plenty of storage underneath, a separate locker and a sink. It needs relining (old lining sides removed, new lining for sides ready to install. Headlining also need replacing). Portable through-the-hatch a/c unit. Engine Room: Twin 230 Mercruiser V8 engines with V drives. No batteries. Fuel tanks are empty. Engines will need servicing. Starboard engine turns OK but Port engine may be seized.Boat is Coastguard registered and is located in Summit North Marina, Bear, DE
