Selling a project that I am unable to complete, age and health has beaten me. 20 Metre / 65 Feet steel hull / timber top boat with twin turbo diesel engines, generator, large front and rear deck suitable for outdoor areas as well as a rooftop area for up to twenty people. The boat was used in Sydney Harbour as a party Boat for up to 150 people so this boat would make a grand houseboat / live-a-board. In the roughest of seas it just sits there with barely a roll.
